Researching the company before you go in for the interview is one of the ways. Companies want to hire candidates who specifically want to work for their company. Show them that you put in the time and effort to research their company and that you’re interested for a position with them. It is extremly important that you become familiar with the job description of the position you are applying for. Make sure to highlight your skills that match the details of that position. Recruiters interview a number of applicants on a daily basis, be creative!
