Searchable vs Non Searchable for Resumes
Description: Some job seekers would like to distribute their resumes to as many employers as possible. However, at the same time some job seekers would like only specific employers to be able to see their resume. MyJobSearcher allows you to choose the one which would benefit yourself the most. If you choose to make your resume searchable, then it will be indexed and employers and recruiters will be able to see your resume.
MyJobSearcher also allows you to change your setting on a per resume basis. Although your change will take affect immediately, you must keep in mind that if you change your setting from "searchable" to "non searchable", an employer or recruiter may have already downloaded your resumes previously.
